Toilet and Toilet parts
Sewer / Sanitation / Valves parts and supplies
LPG and gas related items like Valves / Tanks / Regulators / Hoses
Propane & Gas alarms and sensors
Chemicals / Sealants / Glues / Liquids

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must contact us first to authorize the return... DO NOT "JUST SEND IT BACK". Customer pays shipping back to us and the item must be new, unopened and in the exact condition that it was sent to you. The order must have been within the last 30 days and a copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the item.

We reserve the right to refuse refund based on item condition once received and inspected. After your item has been received and inspected we will issue a refund check for the sale amount minus the original shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund via credit card or PayPal.

Please make sure you provide a valid address for the check as many times they have been returned to us or the customer has not received them as they had changed campgrounds/locations and we have no way of knowing that.
