RV parts are for the most part a mundane, yet necessary item that only comes to mind when something goes WRONG. Lets face it folks, why would you be here if everything was working as planned? You would be cruising the entrance to Old Faithful or sitting in your lawn chair at Sugarloaf Key in Key West sipping cold drinks with little umbrellas. Instead you're here and something has gone POOF, or ZAP or whatever and now you find yourself in need of a widget.
Why us?
We are a "family" of RV 'ers (OK, more like cousins?) who in 2001 identified a niche area where overpriced parts and huge markups are the norm. We are consumers and users of our own parts and didn’t want to be forced to join the “President’s Club” to get a 25% discount on a part marked up 50-200%. We made a wild guess that other RV’ers and RV repair technicians would feel the same, so we started our own business.
Our Mission?
Here at Wild Tangent Ventures Inc. we do not strive to be the "biggest", nor do we expect to have "40 years of combined experience" with "12 heated service bays, with hot coffee imported from Bolivia on tap 24 hours a day...", rather we do a very good job of filling a niche for low priced RV appliance parts & accessories with the DIY 'er in mind and the most efficient and fastest shipping possible! That being said, this is NOT the place to come if you need somebody to hold your hand and install the part and explain a Phillips from a crescent wrench... we recommend those folks go over to the heated service bay and enjoy a nice cup of $5 coffee. This is a tongue-in-cheek way of saying that we do not have a staff of 5 certified technicians sitting around enjoying that Bolivian coffee waiting to mark your parts up 100%. We do however have a fabulous resource known as RVRepairNOW.com that is very popular with the RV DIY crowd and has articles and resources to assist you to get you rig back on the road so check it out. Oh and did I mention our parts over at RVPartsNOW.com are REALLY, REALLY cheap?

We are RV 'ers ourselves and are very familiar with full-timing and the various issues with RV's and RV'ing in general.
