Unfortunately we use PayPal as our payment gateway and CC processor, recently we have learned that a limitation of (and exclusive to) PayPal is the fact that you can not enter a shipping address that is not in the same country as your billing address. 

If you are attempting to do this please contact us and we will accommodate you to the best of our abilities.

Please perform the following steps;

1.      Place your order as normal – Please note that it will fail to complete successfully, but we will then have access to your order information

2.      Notify us via email of your issue and needs and order #.

3.      We will then manually complete your order per your instructions and ship your merchandise.

PayPal states;

"It is not possible to add an foreign address to your PayPal account within PayPal. You can open a new account with your Canadian address and Canadian financial information."

This is a technical / policy issue with PayPal and is beyond our control.
